The situation

Provisioning alcohol for an airline touches orders, inventory, flight schedules, and suppliers at every airport it serves. At AMI, that picture lived in disconnected systems — spreadsheets emailed back and forth between the team and the airlines, reconciled by hand.

It is AMI's most critical business process. And it ran on attachments.

02

The system

Agimus connected the airlines' systems and AMI's own into one governed layer, structured as the entities the business actually runs on: flights, orders, products, suppliers, stations.

AMI's provisioning application runs on top — ordering, inventory, analytics, and flight demand in one place. Every provisioning decision now happens in it.

The outcome

95%1
Time saved on provisioning decisions
1
The critical process got fast

Cross-referencing that took days completes in hours — on the process the whole business depends on.

2
The silos are gone

No more spreadsheets emailed between the team and the airlines. One system holds the current picture; everyone works from it.

3
Trust that wins business

The airlines see AMI operating on technology its competitors don't have. That confidence means more of the supply chain entrusted to AMI — and new contracts won.
