The situation

Provisioning alcohol for an airline touches orders, inventory, flight schedules, and suppliers at every airport it serves. At AMI, that picture lived across disconnected systems, with spreadsheets moving between the team and the airlines and reconciled by hand.

Agimus connected the airlines' systems and AMI's own into one governed layer, structured as the entities the business actually runs on: flights, orders, products, suppliers, stations.
